When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? For most, the answer changes depending on the age when the question is posed. As small children with little concept of the real world, we likely would've answered with something fantastical or impossible: a witch, a dragon, a princess, an eagle. An elementary schooler, answering based solely on activities they enjoy, would probably say they want to be a vet, a soccer player, or a ballet dancer. Teenagers, who have had a taste of the real world and have had to put more thought into preparing for their adult lives, might have more grounded notions about their futures. Still, many end up working very different jobs than they imagined fresh out of high school.

The real ones always knew what they wanted to be, though, from the very start: Hokage.
